Looking at the news tomorrow we can see that the EURO is taken almost every thing, besides for 3time slots. Don’t you just think that the EURO is greedy and looking for attention. We have the eyes on them from 8am(GMT) time all the way up until 9am. Its going to be really interesting to see what effect this is going to have on the GBP and USD.

Hey guys lets take a look at Cable to see what she is doing.

As we can see on a 15min time frame there are different signals telling us that We might be going short. We can also see that Cable is bouncing on a trendline and She is supported by the 50sma. Will she bounce or drop.

Okay lets zoom out.

Once again we can see signals forming telling us to go short. Ase we can see the 50sma is a bit further away. We can also see that she is on a trendline but will she break the trendline or will she bounce.

Cable made the bounce?

GBPUSD on 15 minute chart

Well, we have seen a nice move up from Cable this morning, and a pull back to the 61.8% Fibonacci level.  If price had managed to break this level then  we could have possibly seen it retrace all the way back to the start of the trend.

Not only did it bounce off the 61.8% support, can you see another indicator of support?  The 50 day MA?  It is looking like the bounce we are waiting for.  This current candle must close up though.

This is using the Serene all 4 strategy set up again, just to show those who have attend the courses what they could have missed this morning and those who have not yet attended the course – what they are missing out on.

Using four of the strategies taught, on a 15 minute chart, we had a buy signals generated between 8am – 8.30am on all of them.  Since then price has moved up 35 – 40 pips… 

It is all about doing your analysis and having the right strategies.

Well, this is not something that we catch all the time?  For those student who have been on the Live with a Trader Program and have these strategies set up on their computers, does this look interesting.

Here on the 15 minute chart, we have a sell signal generated on all but one strategy!!!  Could this pair be worth some more analysis and a possible trade?  Certainly!

Yen – going up?

USDJPY 15 min chart

Hi Everyone,

Markets are movng sideways at the moments – and I’m waiting for a breakout. The USDJPY is starting to give me signs of breaking to the up side:

1. Price above the R2 level and taking out previous resistance.

2. MAs aligned

3. Buy signal on Serene strategy

My only caveat is that MACD is still below the midline – if I wanted to be extra cautious I’d wait for it to come above the mid-line.
